At first I thought the website was sketch and not real but the more I looked into it I learned it was a legitimate business. If you're on the fence of buying a grill I say it's totally worth it. Just beware the process takes awhile. I made my order on the 23rd of dec. And didn't get the finished product untill the 5th of January. When you initially make the order depending on your location it takes 2 to 3 days to receive your molding kit ! PAY ATTENTION to the instructions and definitely WEAR GLOVES be careful because you only get 3 chances to make a perfect mold of your gum line. After I sent it off I got an email saying my grill was "in production" and that was on a Monday and by Friday I got an email saying "Shipped" plus my tracking # with the finished product so keep in mind the process takes a little while but 100% worth it. Fits tight on teeth so beware. May be slightly uncomfortable so don't recommend wearing 24/7
